Shipping and Delivery: offers free domestic shipping with the following guidelines:
Free domestic 2nd day shipping via USPS, UPS, or Fedex if the item is in stock. Otherwise it takes 5-7 business days.
Free international UPS Expedited Word-wide which takes 5-7 business days.
Please note Due to the nature of the contents all packages require a signature upon delivery.
Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item.
Please note All international orders may be subject to incur duty and freight fees for customs clearance upon the arrival in to the receiver’s country. The customer is responsible for these fees. is not liable for these costs.


Item(s) must be returned within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise in it’s original condition unworn and with tags attached to be eligible for refund.

You must notify us within 5 days by email if you intend to return an item for any reason.

If you’re returning an item because of a problem with the goods you must notify us at the time of your intent to return. We will gladly exchange your item or give you a refund of your full purchase (price and shipping).

please Do Not return an item until you have obtained a return authorization number(RMA) from us so that your return can be tracked and inspected.

If you don’t notify us within 5 days about a return, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in qualities shown in the delivery documents and you shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery however caused.

we don’t refund shipping and handling charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 days

All returns need to be properly insured through USPS, UPS, or Fedex. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*How should I take care of my jewelry?
Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in a pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.
